Job Purpose/Overview

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the seamless execution of requests and the Sales Ops team by providing extensive testing and quality control. This role is responsible for conducting QC checks prior to new updates going live, managing sales requests within the CPQ system, and providing troubleshooting and guidance to the sales team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume and velocity of work that is a result of the demand generated by our Sales Associates. Serving as a valuable partner to the Sales team, your role will be instrumental in enabling them to achieve their sales targets and assisting the company in reaching its overarching organizational goals. Your expertise and support will be crucial in navigating this energetic setting and ensuring the efficient execution of requests.

  • Conduct thorough QC checks to validate programming changes before they are implemented.

  • Respond to real-time requests from sales representatives, such as entering deal details and submitting for approvals.

  • Input and manage requests or tickets from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve inquiries related to sales operations, programming, and system usage.

  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team, answering questions and providing operational guidance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance system efficiencies.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.

  • Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, data management, or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with CPQ systems and sales processes preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Sales Operations Coordinators need the following skills in order to be successful:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with CPQ systems and CRM platforms is highly desirable.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Sales Ops Coordinator Work Environment:

  • Sales Operations Coordinators work in a fast-paced environment where they are constantly interacting with sales associates, Sales Ops leaders, and other members of the sales team.

  • They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.

  • Work regular business hours, but they may occasionally have to work overtime to meet deadlines or to support other time zones.

Travel

Minimal Travel; less than 10%

Compensation

$25.60-$30.10 per hour
