Sales Operations & Reporting Analyst 

Job Description 

The Sales Operations & Reporting Analyst will be based in Sorocaba. In this position, you will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for creating, maintaining & modifying the Sales orders across all the Regions utilizing the ERP (NetSuite) to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of global Sales activity. The analyst will work closely with the Global Sales team, Sales Operations, Project Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Planning and Finance teams to ensure that Nextracker is consistently exceeding the Customer expectations and provide support to our internal customers.

After the person has proven complete competence if the core responsibility of transactional creation and maintenance, he or she will provide KPIs and metrics useful to the Sales/Sales Operations teams. Candidate must have experience with creating metrics from raw data.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do… 

  • ​​Create, review, validate and modify the quotes & sales orders in NetSuite.
  • ​Validate and maintain Sales Orders related documents and tax exemption documents. 
  • ​Creating the Credit Exposure Forecast.
  • Responsible for Pre-sales tax updates (Brazil).
  • ​Responsible for Project Reconciliation and Sales Orders Close-outs.
  • ​Monitoring Sales Orders approvals status to ensure the orders are completed timely. Follow up with Cross-functional departments to ensure timely approvals of the Sales Orders.
  • ​Identifying the opportunities for operational, system improvements including Time Saving and Cost Saving opportunities.
  • ​Be a Team player and should be able to take up additional Tasks and responsibilities. 
  • ​Knowledge in NetSuite, Excel, Power Bi, some Salesforce.
  • ​Responsible for maintaining warranty attributes.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)… 

  • ​​MBA/Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience 
  • Advanced English - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • ​Sound Knowledge in Order Management with ERP(NetSuite/SAP) Experience. 
  • Preferred experience with metrics & KPI creation from raw data.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. 
  • ​Ability to achieve timelines and handle urgent tasks on the fly.
