Job Description

You will take on the leadership role in the Sales Support area and be responsible for the entire contract handling process that we will conclude with our customers and producers, from the moment of signing to effective reporting to operators. You will leverage your practical experience to design and create an automated contract handling process in cooperation with external IT suppliers. You will build your team of specialists and have a unique opportunity to shape your area in a dynamic start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the handling of comprehensive contracts, sales contracts, and gas and electricity consumption contracts through a CRM system.
  • Manage the data exchange process with operators regarding the reporting of sales contracts, consumption, and switching of gas and electricity suppliers.
  • Participate in the implementation and development of the CRM system and the system for data exchange with operators. Streamline the fulfillment of duties, automate work and processes, initiate new ideas, and identify IT development needs.
  • Conclude new transmission and distribution contracts and maintain good relations with gas and electricity transmission and distribution operators.
  • Build a team of employees to support the aforementioned duties.



Qualifications

  • Experience: at least 3 years of work in an energy company in a role related to sales support and supplier switching for natural gas and electricity.
    • Knowledge of data exchange processes and protocols with operators for reporting sales, consumption contracts, and supplier switching.
    • Knowledge of the lifecycle of sales contracts, comprehensive contracts, and consumption contracts for gas and electricity—starting from submitting the sales offer to receiving confirmation of its implementation from the operator.
    • Knowledge of operator regulations regarding the transmission, distribution, and generation of natural gas and electricity, as well as the provisions of the Energy Law regarding sales contract reporting, comprehensive contracts, supplier switching, cooperation with producers, new connections, suspension, and restoration of supplies.
  • Education: Higher education, preferably in energy, economics, or science and technical fields.
  • Technical skills:
    • Knowledge of CRM systems (experience with the implementation of such systems is preferred), operator platforms for reporting sales, consumption contracts, supplier switching, new connections.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office suite, familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to self-organize and organize the work of a team, operational agility and creativity, ability to effectively formulate new technical ideas in IT solutions.
  • Languages: Fluent in Polish and communicative English.
