We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Sign In Solutions. This role plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the efficiency of day-to-day operations. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to drive alignment and support data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and system optimization.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field. Experience with CRM platforms Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Experience with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of sales compensation structures and incentive plans.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools and methodologies.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Provide actionable insights on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the sales cycle and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure processes are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Maintain and optimize the sales CRM system, Salesforce
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM.
  • Train and support sales teams on best practices for CRM usage.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Work with Finance and Sales teams to align on budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Track sales targets and provide visibility into progress towards goals.
  • Support the sales compensation planning process.
  • Ensure proper tracking and calculation of sales incentives, commissions, and bonuses.
  • Monitor and report on compensation program effectiveness.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new sales hires.
