Job Description 

This role focuses on designing and developing comprehensive training materials, programs, and performance support tools for technical implementations and sales/revenue technologies and systems such as Salesforce, Highspot, Responsive, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The objective is to ensure seamless adoption and effective utilization of these platforms, empowering the sales team to maximize productivity and drive revenue growth. 

Under general supervision, responsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex sales and sales compensation analysis projects. Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. This role is critical to equipping the sales team with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. 

Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in our office to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Associate Director, Sales Operations and work under the leadership of the VP, Sales Operations.
This role is a part of CPESG Divisional Staff Wolters Kluwer United States Inc.

  

Required Job Qualifications (minimum):  

  • Proven experience in instructional design, information design and technical training development. 
  • Familiarity with sales and revenue enablement platforms (Salesforce, Highspot, Responsive, Clari etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible training materials. 

Preferred Job Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university  
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing complex sales data sets.  
  • Advanced Excel: High proficiency in Excel for creating reports and dashboards.   
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective collaboration with various departments.  
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve technical issues related to sales systems. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Instructional Design & Information Design Competences: Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials, tailored to the needs of CP & ESG sales teams. Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, interactive content that supports a variety of learning styles and objectives, aligning training initiatives with the company's revenue goals. 
  • Ability to create Technical Training for Technologies: Create and deliver training programs that enhance proficiency with sales and revenue technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Responsive, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Collaborate with system administrators and technology owners to ensure training materials reflect the latest features and updates. 
  • Performance Support Tools: Create resources to provide just-in-time learning and support for sales representatives, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs. 
    Design materials that address challenges in process knowledge and technology usage.
