Position Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will support the Canadian Business Unit by engaging and supporting internal and external stakeholder's core business functions. In providing administrative support to the Canadian Business Unit, you will be central to the team's daily operations and contribute to their ability to execute effectively with all Munchkin's retail partners.
How you will contribute:

  • Complete product listing forms and maintain/update content, copy and images for all Canadian accounts
  • Update and Maintain Canadian Price Lists for all channels validating information accuracy, timing, costs, and MSRPs
  • Maintain GS1 CANADA and 1SYNC data for participating retail partners, acting as the key point of contact, knowledge, and execution corporately
  • Generate & publish weekly, monthly, quarterly Sales reports using both internal data sources and external retail portals
  • Generate business reports that provide insights into various areas of concern. These may be semi-regular support for specific accounts or ad hoc reports based on Marketing and Sales needs
  • Create bilingual email blasts for Independent and Specialty accounts to communicate new items, refreshed items, press communication, holiday wishes
  • Manage the Broker Newsletter to communicate new items, refreshed items, press communication, price lists, etc.
  • Assist Marketing with communications related to product updates, new releases, and price list updates to
  • Vet and redirect unsolicited New Account requests to appropriate team members
  • Process sample requests for Sales and Marketing and oversee shipments to their end destination
  • Assist with the execution of trade shows by ordering & coordinating furniture & fixture purchases, shipments, for events
  • Attend Trade Shows as a representative of Munchkin
  • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to reception duties, maintaining visitor logs, filing invoices, answering and forwarding phone calls, scheduling appointments
  • Oversee & monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain Munchkin Canada's Showroom, ensuring items are in stock & current. Ensure the showroom is always kept in customer friendly condition
  • Perform monthly Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits and maintain compliance to our GMP Policy
  • Local travel will be required for Retail Audits, Head Office, and Trade/Consumer Shows
  • Other duties may be assigned by your manager


You will have:

  • 2- 3 years of experience in Sales Administration capacity is an asset
  • Secondary Education in related field required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
  • Advanced level in Excel required
  • Knowledge of Oracle / GS1/ 1Sync is an asset
