Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
• Identify target market segment and support to enhance the team’s sales skills and capabilities
• Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
• Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations to expand the customer base and generate incremental revenue
• Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback within 24 hours
• Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales insights and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or hospitality industry sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English is a must, additional foreign language(s) would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
