Sales Manager

What will your responsibilities be?
- Set up quotations in cooperation with Engineering, Costing, Purchasing and Operations as well as order Negotiations
- Implement modification costs/ cost proceeding in current projects and realization in the plants
- Follow up on costs and offers
- Provision and updating of information for Customer organization, Purchasing strategies, Technical development,
- Develop and take care of business contacts to all customer departments
- Active communication regarding potential improvements / innovations regarding products and processes (towards customer; internal)
- Build and manage customer relationships, while communicating with other CG/PG accountants to provide consistency to the customer
- Act as primary customer contact, provide and update information on customer organization, purchasing strategies, technical development and customer contacts
- Support customer relationship strategies within assigned projects
- Execute strategy for long term customer satisfaction, market share, retained sales and overall sustained growth
- Observe and analyze customer demands and market development (chances and risks) in order to cluster possible programs to optimize the positioning of Adient products in the market
- Collect and analyze information / data regarding customer satisfaction as well as support and follow up of improvement measures
- Build and manage customer relationships, while communicating with other CG/PG senior managers to provide consistency to the customer
- Develop strong customer and peer relationships that deliver value to the company and provide increased confidence/desire to work with Adient
- Aftermarket business to develop further market research for new opportunities
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- MS Excel Advanced level
- 2-3 years in a customer facing position.
- Commercial/ technical knowledge
- Understanding of production/ quality processes within Automotive Industry
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing desirable
- Fluent English language skills as well as advanced language skills of the customer's mother tongue
- Ability to communicate and implement customer specific strategies
- Ability to proactively interpret emerging customer needs and communicate competitive positioning and product gaps to the organization
- English B2 level
