Role Overview

Strategically develop the market in the western region, including Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra and would be responsible for Business development and achieving target in the western region 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and service revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and maintaining few key accounts across various market segments.
  • Drive consistent business performance by focusing on account retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project management consultants (PMCs) to specify Gunnebo products in projects.
  • Strategically develop the market in the western region, including Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
  • Build, qualify, and close a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and existing accounts to meet sales objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with major key clients to enhance market awareness of GEC solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, security consultants, and system integrators to expand the brand’s reach in the western region.
  • Address client issues and complaints by coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide business intelligence through timely market and competitor analysis, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and adherence.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned accounts, maintaining financial discipline.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in security or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics in Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and business forecasting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be an advantage
