About The Role
As a component of our rapid expansion, we aim to enhance our regional sales presence in Southeast Asia. The selected account executive will play a pivotal role in guiding, cultivating, and expanding Zilliz's sales operations within the Southeast Asia region. Ideal candidates will foster a culture of high performance and accountability to consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What you will do:
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Build and manage a pipeline of business sufficient to cover and exceed quota.
- Create and deliver a compelling value narrative to communicate the ROI to customers.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Accurately forecast and provide routine pipeline analysis on current and future quarters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive strong internal collaboration with the Marketing, Product and Engineering team.
- Engage in complex sales situations and late-stage customer negotiations with the sales team.
What we are looking for:
- With over a decade of enterprise sales expertise, preferably within a high-growth SaaS organization.
- A minimum of three years in SaaS enterprise sales management, demonstrating a successful history in securing new business and cross-selling.
- Proficiency in collaborating across departments such as product, engineering, and marketing. Gain insights into the current market landscape and our competitive approach.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of potential clients' specific challenges and how our platform addresses them.
