Job Description
Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding AT-PAC's presence in the UK market by building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting our range of scaffolding products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and competitors' products and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction supply industry.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
