SALES MANAGER PPE North East Centre & South
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Head of Sales PPE, Sales Manager PPE role is to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets, following company’s sales strategy through the people managed, SMB and CA PPES, and the full collaboration within the Safety and Hygiene Business Line.
Leading her/his team to continuous development by enhancing orientation to sales results, negotiation capacity, PPE service and products knowledge and matrix way of working.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To identify and work to improve peoples’ skills, knowledge, and behavior to maximize upon individual’s career potential;

To provide PPES with appropriate support, coach and feedback through regular 1:1 meeting in order to share vision, personal and company’s goals and define specific action to develop business plan;

Work in alliance with other Sales Manager of Safety and Hygiene business line, SMB and Corporate to share best practice, to influence and to create solutions to drive forwards PPES in a profitable and strategic direction;

In accordance with a Continuous Improvement approach, make ad hoc accompaniments during the customers visits of SMB PPES and CA PPES;

Identify specialistic training needs for her/his team;

Support the Head of PPE Sales in managing the recruiting, training, and appraisal activities according to the HR Team guidelines;

Grant a full control of all main sales and cost KPIs.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including time management, planning, prioritizing and timely completion of work responsibilities and job assignments of the Team;

Willingness and ability to take on new tasks, change work methods and processes to adapt to necessary changes in the team or in the company;

High capacity to communicate and transmit information, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate language and channels for the intended audience;

A natural leader who understands people behavior, who works on building and keeping people’s relationships at all levels. Leading by example showing respect, trust and support to all colleagues;

Strategically open minded person, with the ability to see the need from short-term action versus the long-term interests of the company;

Good listening skills with the ability to work on feedback and to contribute with new ideas;

Proven leadership ability, with evidence of driving forward businesses through strategic direction and situational leadership;

Solid experience of working within challenging and competitive sales driven environments;

An in-depth understanding of business and how a value-added service and proposition relates to customers;

Good Knowledge of English;

Residency: Lombardia, Veneto or Emilia Romagna.
