About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Key Account Manager Retail to make the difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you'll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level.
You'll be reporting into the National Account Manager, taking ownership of the assigned customers, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.
In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading main accounts in North Italy area, maintaining, elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and competitive environment.
  • Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, ensuring client's profitability in line with company KPI and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts
  • Excellent sales fundamentals performance: Distribution of top SKUS and NPD, shelving strategy, accurate price positioning, outstanding promotional plans to improve our products loyalty and market share
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and answer the appropriate business solutions
  • Forecast and analysis of the monthly sales


Key Outputs

  • Refer sales opportunities and customer feedback, to internal organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met


Qualifications
Hard Skills

  • College Degree or Master Degree
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in sales roles
  • Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
  • Data-driven and analytical approach
  • High proficiency in English
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
