Job Description
Works in close collaboration with the Business Head AX to develop sales of the Aesthetics product portfolio, by managing/leading the Account Managers and optimizing the collaboration with the marketing team and GAIN, by maximizing the partnership with KOLs and by implementing marketing- and sales-activities in Benelux in order to overachieve the sales and budget targets. You create development plans for your team to support their growth and create and follow-up SIP’s.
Duties & Responsibilities

Realizes sales and income goals of the AX-business in Benelux, via management of sales forces and high level of key customer support.

Supervises Aesthetic sales force.

Identifies target customer groups, develops a network of relations with professionals and maintains strong links with KOLs.

Ensures optimal use of CRM and market data for in Benelux..

Provides technical expertise, develops and motivates sales forces on sales tactics.

Ensures appropriate training and sales force effectiveness activities for sales force.

Is a leader in the negotiation/activities with Key Accounts if requested.

Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrat market/increase market share.

Uses clear KPI’s to monitor / review sales and market evolution as well as customer segmentation.

Produces and analyzes local market data, identifies and tracks industry market trends.

Ensures competitive intelligence.

Works with Marketing Aesthetics on shaping the market, assessing, promoting and monitoring demand with disciplined tracking of KPIs.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Reporting adverse events and complaints.

Manages day-to-day progress of product.

Provides tailor-made solutions and consulting services to key customers in order to increase their productivity and expand their demand for Galderma products.

Identifies and analyses customer needs and market opportunities

Collaborates with global sales functions and implements across Benelux the world-wide strategic guidelines translated to local marketing and sales activities with respect to local RA/Medical/Legal rules.

Minimum Requirements

University diploma (Business Administration or Pharmacy/Medicine with ideally 1 extra year of Business Administration) or equivalent

Previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing functions

Very good business English and Dutch, additional knowledge of French.

Field experience, experience in sales force management

Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales / key account positions in the Aesthetic Market

Knowledge of the Aesthetic KOLs in the industry is a plus
