As a Sales Incentive Administrator, you will analyze data from various sources, calculate adjustments and commission payments, provide actionable insights, and optimize processes to drive business success. Collaborating globally with all levels of the sales team, you'll play a key role in maximizing operational impact. What You Will Do

  • Data Analysis & System Optimization:
    • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
    • Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Audit and enhance data quality for accuracy and reliability.
    • Review and calculate adjustments and commission reports and submit payments before appropriate deadlines.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with stakeholders to align data insights with business goals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive impactful projects.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
  • Experience: 1-4 years relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with reporting tools (Business Objects preferred).
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong numerical analysis, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and support diverse commercial teams.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
