Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the content operation and fans management of TikTok, Facebook and YouTube accounts, including short video content script creativity, shooting, editing, music selection, publishing, etc., to ensure the key metrics such as video views and video completion rate and be responsible for the growth of fans.

2. Timely reply to user comments and messages, establish fan interaction and intimacy, and be responsible for interaction metrics.

3. Be good at combining hot events or topics with marketing value to plan and implement content marketing plans in time.

4. Analyze the content data and user feedback, adjust the content direction and optimize the quality in time.

5. Study the new gameplay of short videos, the new rules and strategies of the platform, and the trends of competitors.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree, more than 2 years of experience in short video operation, successfully created viral videos, with over 100,000 fans account cases.

2. Have experience in general finance and stock investment and be sensitive to various financial hotspots.

3. Sensitive to hot topics, strong empathy and understanding, imagination and quick reaction, understand user pain points and produce idea。

4. Familiar with the algorithm rules, recommendation rules and content rules of different platforms.

5. Fluent in English, can be used as a working language, familiar with short video making and editing tools, video shooting experience is preferred.

KPI Requirement: Reach 300,000 followers with 2,000 deposit trading users and an average deposit of 1000 USD, reward 2-month salary as year-end bonus; if reach 500,000 followers with 3,000 depositing trading users and an average deposit of 1000 USD, reward 6-month salary as year-end bonus.

Probation requirements:

1. The account matrix has been built, and the content form that users like has been verified, and the number of fans has reached 10w+.

2. The average vv of videos is above the average level of financia content, and the number of viral videos is not less than 2 per month.

3. The number of FTD users reached 600+, with an average deposit of 1000usd.
