Job Description

We are looking for a colleague, who would join as a Sales Executive at our quickly growing team in Riga! You will be responsible for executing sales strategy and help us with the business development!  If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Increasing Ignitis energy market share in Latvia
  • Prospecting and closing new business opportunities
  • Taking part in planning and executing sales strategy
  • Managing sales offer preparation and signing new contracts
  • Maintaining customer relationships and growing the business

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, full closing role
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Sincere and dedicated individual who loves the challenge of B2B sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Latvian and English languages; knowledge of Russian is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize, and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations
