Field Sales Engineer - South Wales and Southwest England

Position Overview: As a Field Sales Representative, you will manage and expand the South Wales and Southwest England sales territory. This involves promoting ESAB’s welding and cutting products, cultivating strong business relationships, collaborating with managers, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Map sales territory potential and understand the welding customer base.
• Develop and execute growth plans for accounts and distributors.
• Drive product promotion and value-based selling.
• Maintain CRM systems and adopt best commercial practices.
Key Objectives:
• Achieve sales revenue and margin targets.
• Build a strong sales funnel.
• Successfully launch new products to market.
Qualifications:
• Reside within the designated area.
• Secondary education with technical/engineering focus; welding qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong English proficiency and a valid UK driver’s license.
• Available for travel 3–4 days per week.
