Everbridge, a fast-growing global SaaS provider of critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive excellence in sales execution. This is a remote/home-based position that can be based anywhere in the UK.
About the Role
We seek a self-starter passionate about driving change in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll partner with sales leadership to develop top-performing sellers by equipping them with the tools, training, and coaching needed to improve sales velocity, pipeline growth, win rates, and deal cycle times.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute sales effectiveness programs to drive consistent, successful selling.
- Train and coach sellers to enhance skills, confidence, and performance.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
- Lead enablement for sales plays, product launches, and methodology.
- Drive adoption of sales technology and collaborate with SMEs to deliver impactful training.
- Ensure alignment across regional and partner enablement teams.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proven success in sales enablement, training, and sales readiness platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, drive change, and collaborate across teams.
