Sales Enablement Instructional Designer

Location:  REMOTE Consideration within PA if 50 miles or more from State College
Minitab is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to build and optimize scalable learning programs for our global sales teams.

About the Role

You’ll design and deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing enablement content to empower sales teams and managers. This includes creating impactful materials, building global training programs, and ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Create and deploy engaging learning materials using tools like Articulate360, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Develop scalable onboarding programs to equip sales teams for success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and align training with business goals.
• Leverage our LMS (Lessonly) for efficient content delivery.
• Continuously optimize programs based on feedback and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or sales enablement.
• Proficiency with content creation tools and LMS platforms.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to identify gaps and implement learning solutions.
• Familiarity with sales skills and methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN) is a plus.
• Global team experience and a degree in Instructional Design are bonuses.
