We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Enablement Intern with a strong focus on Excel and data analytics to assist our team with various data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a data-savvy individual who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment while leveraging their expertise in Excel to support key business functions.
This position has a hybrid schedule, (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and will report to the Proposal Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in data analysisby creating and managing complex Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validationto ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and summariesfor various departments.
- Identify and implement process improvementsto enhance Excel-based workflows.
- Generate ad-hoc reportsand analyze trends to provide business insights.
- Support sales enablementby ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and optimization.
- Explore opportunities for automation and improved data visualization.
- Assist with administrative and project management tasksas needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, macros, VBA scripting, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting).
- Strong analytical skillswith the ability to organize, interpret, and present data insights clearly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindsetwith the ability to approach complex data challenges critically.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analytics toolssuch as Power BI is a plus.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learnin a dynamic work environment.
Experience/Education
- Actively enrolled working towards Bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior credit status)
