Joining Collibra’s GTM Enablement team

Reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement, the Sales Enablement Designer creates engaging educational experiences for Collibra sales, partners and engineers worldwide through platform development.The Sales Enablement team is responsible to onboard, drive productivity, gain adoption of sales methodology and process, measure and grow sales skills that create an effective, efficient and functional cloud-first sales organization to exceed customer expectations. This is a hybrid position based in New York City.

The Sales Enablement Designer at Collibra is responsible for

  • Designing and optimizing the user experience for our sales enablement platform and learning management systems, with focus on the branding, usability, function and information architecture, prioritizing work with company initiatives and using analytics to inform continual improvement.
  • Serving as an expert to GTM teams for recommended approaches to providing content to all end users. Owning the template design and best practices for implementation.
  • Managing quarterly training plans (QTPs) for GTM teams, including course creation, assignments, and coordination with Analytics Manager for reporting dashboard requirements.
  • Partnering with Subject Matter Experts to identify goals, audience, and objectives; creating site maps, templates, and architecture solutions to meet intended goals.
  • Leading the user experience design of innovative enablement technologies.

You have

  • Experience designing content for enablement or learning and development, with an understanding of business and technical language. 
  • The ability to relate to the sales environment, designing sales content, providing input with process improvements with a tendency to think holistically.
  • Experience developing and optimizing the user experience on sales enablement platforms and learning management systems.
  • The confidence to be the design thought leader on a small team, with the willingness to solve problems creatively.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will help prepare use cases, sales motions and Partner plays in Highspot for FKO
  • Within your third month, you will continue to provide user experience expertise with building out CX onboarding digital room templates and process, updated spots to reflect organizational changes, and streamlining requirement gathering for new Highspot content.
  • Within your sixth month, you will have made an impact to seller productivity through mapping Docebo content to support structure in Highspot and ease use of locating desired materials.

Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
