About The Role 💻

We are looking for a Sales Director who will help us expand our business in the DACH region. This individual should have a minimum of 8 years Enterprise Sales experience and has shown consistent outperformance in achieving his/her annual quota. Compensation associated with this position is competitive with the market and will be determined during the interview process based on skills and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

  • Personally driving $1M+ of new net revenue over the first fiscal year, developing new relationships through outbound sales activities and networking, supported by marketing
  • Building and developing relationships and identifying opportunities with an account based Sales Approach
  • Managing, coaching, and leading a sales team after proven success as an individual contributor, with a defined career path 
  • Expanding Clarity AI’s reach and brand awareness in the DACH region

Location 🌍

The role is based in Germany or Switzerland.

Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid 

What You’ll Need 👀

  • Proven ability to challenge and overcome large incumbent competitors
  • 8+ years of sales experience
  • Successful experience closing 6/7 figure deals
  • Experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing
  • Proven experience in selling data and tech solutions to Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Asset Owners
  • Knowledge of the ESG market in the DACH region
  • Sales SaaS experience
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina
  • Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information
  • Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
  • Native German-speaker, Swiss German is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)
