We are building a network of high-caliber Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who thrive in complex sales cycles and are committed to strategic, personalized prospecting. As part of our growing Americas team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by identifying and engaging enterprise accounts through deep research and targeted outreach.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with at least 12 months of SDR experience, skilled in crafting tailored messaging that resonates with key stakeholders. You should be comfortable navigating change, operating in a fast-paced environment, and eager to develop into a top-tier enterprise sales professional. This role is based in NYC.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Prospecting – Source and engage highly qualified opportunities for Account Executives by leveraging in-depth research, cross-functional collaboration with sales, channel, and marketing teams, and a structured outbound strategy.
  • Deep Account Research – Analyze data sources to map target accounts, uncover key players, and identify business challenges within enterprises with significant digital presence and high online revenue
  • Hyper-Personalized Outreach – Craft compelling, research-driven messaging to Finance, eCommerce, and Payments Executives, ensuring each interaction is relevant and impactful.
  • Discovery & Qualification – Conduct insightful discovery calls to understand customer pain points and effectively position Forter as a strategic partner.
  • Stakeholder Mapping – Identify decision-makers, influencers, and organizational structures to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Process Excellence – Leverage sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track engagement, optimize workflows, and provide 
  • data-driven insights.

What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ months of SaaS SDR experience, preferably in an enterprise B2B environment
  • Proven ability to execute highly personalized, research-driven outbound strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and an ability to navigate CRM systems effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with an interest in eCommerce and enterprise Payments solutions.
  • High adaptability in a fast-growing, evolving environment—startup experience is a plus.
  • A growth mindset with a relentless drive to exceed targets and advance in sales.

It'd be really cool if you also have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, with the ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools a plus: Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Hybrid work:

As part of this exciting approach, Team members are invited to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Within these two days, we encourage employees to join each week, for a department Team Day and for a Hub Day within each office. Your recruiter will share the specifics of these days.

Our hope is that a balance of in-person collaboration will aid massively in employee professional growth, development and relationship-building.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $63,250 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
