Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their IT needs and security challenges.
• Educate prospects about our company’s MSP and MSSP services, including managed IT support, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and compliance offerings.
• Qualify leads based on their IT infrastructure, pain points, and readiness to engage with an MSP/MSSP.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activity and lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and align on lead generation campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and technology solutions to effectively communicate the value of [Company Name]'s services.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
