The Strategic Account Development Representative partners with the Sales and Marketing teams to focus on growing the Arcadia footprint within strategic healthcare organizations. In this role, you will identify, research, outreach and discuss Arcadia’s value proposition by communicating clearly and concisely via phone and email with prospects and your team.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 Months

- Ability to present on the Arcadia company overview and offerings

- Begin high volume prospecting activities

- Proficient use of Arcadia’s sales tool (i.e Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft)


In 6 Months

- Begin producing high-quality Qualified sales opportunities

- Achieving all productivity metrics

- Have a deep understanding of your territory, prospect accounts and market

- Foundational understanding of the Value-Based Care market, Clients we serve and value we provide


In 12 Months

- Exceeding all productivity metrics

- Consistently producing high quality Qualified sales opportunities each month

- Solid, demonstrable, understanding of the Value-Based Care market, Clients we serve and value we provide

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge in the features, benefits and application of Arcadia offering
  • Hunter mentality and sales process management
  • Generating new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn Networking, demos and marketing activities of the company
  • Understanding the competitive landscape
  • Interacting with and developing relationships with existing Arcadia clients and prospects
  • Support in creation of sales presentations to customer and prospects in a sales function (sales engineer, sales operations, sales leadership, and sales representatives)
  • Participating in sales planning and strategy meetings
  • Achieving sales quota by qualifying top leads

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accounts
  • Sales experience within health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations
  • Leads potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting automation is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent work ethic; this job requires flexibility to meet customer expectations
  • Competitive spirit and strong will to succeed

  • Experience working with Health Plan/Payer Organizations
  • Ability to learn on the fly, set personal goals, and desire reach outside of JD for personal development
  • Ability to work independently and with members of Business Development team on strategic initiatives
