ONSITE OPPORTUNITY

This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Development Representative is one of the first points of contact in our sales cycle, helping our sales team to identify and cultivate leads that have the potential to become iHomefinder Max clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Have a complete technical understanding of the unique iHomefinder suite of products
  • You will use calling, emailing and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Direct Sales team
  • Develop a pipeline of quality business meetings that result in new pipeline for the all Direct Sales team members
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead activity using Salesforce
  • KPI driven
  • Have a passion for winning and bringing problem solving technologies to struggling businesses
  • The ability to build great rapport with all sales representatives
  • The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude
  • Performs other duties as requested by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1 – 3 years of experience working with a SaaS company
  • Coachable and willing to try new sales strategies
  • You want to build a career in SaaS sales
  • A professional demeanor via phone, email, and in-person
  • A good listener and can identify the prospect's needs
  • Knowledge of lead generation is a plus
