About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. You’ll work closely with sales leaders, marketing teams, and sales operations to generate high-quality sales opportunities. What You'll Be Doing:

Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations to build a solid pipeline.
Engaging with Prospects – Use phone, email, and social media to connect with leads, personalize messaging, and create meaningful interactions.
Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and provide insights on market trends and customer pain points.
Continuous Growth – Leverage cutting-edge tools, refine your sales techniques, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive success.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the software industry

  • Proven ability to exceed targets and quotas

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset

  • Resilient, action-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

  • Fluency in English and German is required, both written and verbal
