All about the role:
Contribute to Electrolux Electrical Retail Channel success by supporting sales.
The role of the Sales Coordinator is to ensure visibility and coordination for the Electrical Retail sales professionals in Finland. The coordinator owns and refines processes related to customer sales data, customer data bases. As Sales Coordinator you will maintain accurate customer, product and price data as well as contact info and you are the point of contact for sales on these topics. In the role you will extract BI/SAP data for Key Accounts on sell-in and sell-out and create monthly overviews and maintain and update the historic data file. You will work closely with KAMs and the sales force in the Nordic with focus on Finland.
The responsibilities also include:
- Update and pull statistics in sales supporting systems such as CRM and Shop Floor
- Maintain the specific pricelists and range files and highlights/fix errors and missing information. Phase-in and Phase Out
- Handle customer master data, new requests and maintenance.
- Project lead in securing finalized contracts and completeness Customer Contracts
- Coordinate Campaign activities and administer general mailings to our customers
- Support the department in Sales Competition administration and other areas to secure administrative efficiencies
This is clearly a key role for the department, and it requires attention to detail, building a strong internal network and the ability to improve existing processes within the scope of the role. The right candidates love working in systems and has a good sense of processes and routines. You are very structured.
Who you are:
- Some years’ experience from a similar role
- You are an expert working in several different systems, navigating and extract data.
- You have good knowledge of working in Excel and SAP.
- You have a great way of thinking in terms of Process Optimization and Problem-Solving.
- You have great Organizational Skills for Multi-System Coordination.
- Fluent in Finnish
- Fluent in English
