The Role

InterSystems Finland has a new Graduate Intern opportunity working with our experienced Healthcare Solution Sales team. This is an initial 6 month paid contract and a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into a fast paced social and healthcare software business  that prides itself on customer success. Our Sales team work consultatively with our customers to solve their problems with our solutions.  Customer success is highly important to InterSystems, we aim to build long term relationships with our customers and our healthcare products portfolio include HealthShare and IRIS for Health. This role is based in our Espoo office and would suit a Master of Science in Economics and Business Adminstration / Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent. 

The Graduate role is based at our Espoo office and responsibilities would include:

  • Contacting potential customers, by phone and email
  • Attending industry events
  • Scheduling and attending customer meetings
  • Assisting with the bid process and tenders
  • Assisting with writing business proposals and quotations
  • Assisting with customer implementation related activities
  • Supporting the Sales Team

We are willing to train in all the above areas, but previous experience in customer interface, social care, healthcare, digital solutions, sales is considered an advantage.
