Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Conduct daily calls, video meetings, and face-to-face appointments to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Independently handle the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract, aiming for multi-year agreements.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions, leveraging Dun & Bradstreet’s full suite of products and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, keeping it up-to-date with client status and progress.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with your team.
  • Project Participation: Collaborate on sales and marketing projects like market research, promotions, and strategy updates.
  • Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain client records in internal systems, prepare activity reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years in sales, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on meeting client needs and driving satisfaction.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Persistent, proactive, and dedicated to achieving targets.
  • Tech & Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English.
  • Adaptability & Collaboration: Able to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing market conditions.
