Job Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Conduct daily calls, video meetings, and face-to-face appointments to build relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Process Management: Independently handle the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract, aiming for multi-year agreements.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions, leveraging Dun & Bradstreet’s full suite of products and services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, keeping it up-to-date with client status and progress.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with your team.
- Project Participation: Collaborate on sales and marketing projects like market research, promotions, and strategy updates.
- Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain client records in internal systems, prepare activity reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
- Sales Experience: 3+ years in sales, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on meeting client needs and driving satisfaction.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Persistent, proactive, and dedicated to achieving targets.
- Tech & Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Able to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing market conditions.
