General Business Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for retail contract management, ensuring accurate tracking and easy access to all relevant information.
- Analyze data to extract key insights, optimize processes and tools, and support the sales team with improved efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a database of key contacts and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about developments in the renewable energy market, including market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, to inform contract strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination and organization of meetings, workshops, and events.
Retail Business Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial offers for tenders and participate in contract management activities related to both retail and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Provide support in the onboarding and offboarding of supply points for retail customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential retail customers and new business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote retail energy products and services.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
PPA Business Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on the fulfilment of PPA clauses to ensure timely and accurate execution of all contractual obligations.
- Prepare and deliver detailed PPA reports to clients to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to PPAs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Good communication skills in both German and English.
