Les missions principales :
- Traitement réactif et proactif des commandes clients
- Gestion des retours et réclamations clients
- Liaison avec les clients, la direction commerciale, les services internes
- Utilisation compétente de Sage Line 1000, CRM
- Traitement de la documentation liée aux commandes
- Connaissance et respect des procédures de l'entreprise
- Maintien des bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs, le service financier, les services magasin et expédition, les clients
- Travail d'équipe proactif ; connaissance approfondie des tâches demandées et des produits
- Collaboration avec la direction des ventes pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et de l'entreprise
- Accueil, écoute téléphonique, tâches administratives de support pour le département ADV.
Votre profil :
- Expérience avérée sur un poste similaire
- Expérience avec Microsoft/Sage et/ou d'autres CRM
- Service, diligence et ponctualité
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Habitué à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Esprit d'équipe
- Français langue maternelle, anglais courant (parlé et écrit)
- Personne possédant une excellente capacité à travailler de manière autonome, habituée à résoudre des problèmes complexes et clairement orientée résultats
- Orientation client
- Proactivité, rigueur et souci du détail

Main responsibilities:
- Reactive and proactive order processing of customer orders
- Administration of returns and customer complaints
- Liaison with customers, sales management, internal departments
- Proficient use of: Sage Line 1000; CRM; Relevant review applications
- Process order documentation
- Be aware of and adhere to relevant company procedures
- Maintain rapport with suppliers, credit control, stores/dispatch, customers
- Proactive teamwork; proficient knowledge of job & products
- Work with sales management to ensure customer & company satisfaction
- Reception, phone calls attention, supportive administrative tasks for the department
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar position
- Experienced with Microsoft/Sage and/or other CRMs
- Service, diligence, and punctuality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Used to manage different duties/tasks simultaneously
- Strong teamwork skills
- French as mother tongue, fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent ability to work independently, used to solve complex problems and clearly results-oriented
- Customer orientation
- Proactivity, rigor, and attention to detail
