We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator who will work within the customer service & sales support team and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the customer accounts in the Paris office supporting across France & Belgium.
Based in the Paris downtown office - 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH after initial training.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain key relationships with customers and internal departments to build knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Prepare correspondence, reports, database consolidation and other projects as requested
- Assist corporate account associates with research into customer issues (e.g., invoice discrepancies, work order analysis, reporting) and follow up on customer questions including product, credit, pricing, and distribution and service concerns
- General administrative duties such as: managing delivery times & lead times, stock level control, support the sales team with ordering materials, place orders onto the internal system, provide updates to internal and external stakeholders, manage customer experiences, as well as logistic suppliers, freight company and shipping
- Provide back-up support to other members of the administrative team in the region
- Keeping records of all customers quotes and orders
- May be required to deal with complaints in the first stage, with support from the technical teams if required
What you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Office based administrative support experience
- Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity
- English & French language skills essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales organization
- SAP system experience beneficial
- Spanish language is an advantage but not essential
- Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
