SUMMARY: This person will work cross functionally with various business units to protect and defend the core business create a competitive advantage with vertical integration knowledge and grow optimum mix and de-commoditize. Essential duties and responsibilities include: develop and nurture professional relationships with Restaurant Depo and Key Stakeholders; work directly with Restaurant Depo to increase product knowledge and implement sales strategies; manage all distribution initiatives; maintain and further develop business relationships with the distributors to achieve business objectives; deliver and manage against sales plans by managing marketing programs expense management deduction resolution category management and reviews with customers.
Must be able to deliver against your volume goals and executive price strategies within the marketplace manage spend associated with the volume and manage the mix of product sold. Effectively navigate RFP’s a successful volume gains, and post gain execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years outside sales experience Food Service Food Service Manufacturing or Distributor Sales . Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office products.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Strategic thinking negotiation skills understanding of motivational leadership skills conflict resolution skills.
