Programmer Force is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive - Singapore Nationals Only specialising in Fintech-RegTech solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales initiatives within the regulatory technology space. You will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their regulatory challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their compliance operations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in software sales, a strong understanding of regulatory challenges in the financial sector, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the fintech and regulatory technology sectors.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and present suitable RegTech solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software sales, preferably in Fintech or RegTech.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting the financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
