All about the role:
Be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to the development of state-of-the-art solutions for domestic refrigerators. As a Safety & Certification Engineer, you will be given the chance to work in an open-minded, international environment and to collaborate with experts from all over the world. You will ensure complete understanding and implementation of all applicable requirements (coming from laws, Directives, Regulations, and standards) that can affect product compliance on the markets.
What you’ll do:

Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to domestic refrigeration.

Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.

Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to regulations and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal departments to provide training and support on compliance matters.

Create and maintain a Road Map for all compliance standards (Safety, EMC, Chemical, Energy, Environmental).

Manage communications with regulatory authorities and respond to any inquiries or
investigations. -
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all compliance activities.

Analyze and interpret new laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the company.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based in Susegana (Santa Lucia di Piave), located near the town of Conegliano, Treviso province, Veneto region. Group and European Food preservation R&D, Group Purchasing competence center, Electrolux Logistics.
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering (or equivalent).

3 years experience in a compliance role, preferably in the refrigeration industry or a related sector

Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions in a global organization
-
Ability to take initiative and be proactive, creative, open-minded, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
-
Good decision-making and persuasion skills
-
Analytical behavior to understand the implications and complexities of different regulations
-
Willingness to travel, valid driver’s license and passport where required

Fluent English
