As an Environment, Health & Safety Advisor at Finning, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and enhancing our EH&S Management System. You'll collaborate closely with our EH&S Coordinator, Supervisor, and Operational teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe, compliant, and thriving work environment.

Job Description:
- Coach on trending control health and compliance materials.
- Develop and share relevant topics for safety meetings.
- Advise on training, inspections, and safety committee requirements.
- Attend branch leadership meetings and solve OHS concerns collaboratively.
- Ensure quality completion of assurance activities like walkthroughs and inspections.
- Facilitate incident management processes and analyze trends.
- Advise on required EH&S training and monitor compliance.
- Travel to support various locations and develop performance reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Formal education in occupational health and safety or related field.
- Proven experience in supporting EH&S management system elements.
- Familiarity with OH&S legislation and EHS Management Systems (ISO Standards).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.

- This position is based out of our Fort McMurray location.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- 5x2, Monday- Friday shift.
