We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join our Sharpr product team, focusing on delivery management and technical coordination between our Product and IT organizations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of our product development initiatives while maintaining strong alignment between product vision and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Foster project success by monitoring development progress, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating on solutions

Guide engineering timelines and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders

Build and maintain project documentation, including technical requirements and progress reports

Develop creative solutions when projects encounter challenges

Create and manage product tickets that help our team deliver effectively

Contribute to product quality through testing and troubleshooting

Connect Product and IT teams to align priorities and deadlines

Collaborate with our Client Support team to understand customer perspectives

Join client and prospect calls to share technical insights and project updates

Gather and document engineering estimates for custom development work

Create and manage custom development contracts based on technical specifications

Complete security risk assessments for prospects and clients in collaboration with the Information Security team
Core Qualifications

Experience managing software development projects, particularly in SaaS (3+ years)

Knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile approaches
-
Familiarity with project management and ticket tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

Track record of helping teams overcome technical challenges

Experience coordinating across different organizational groups

Understanding of software testing and bug reporting fundamentals

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preference for candidates based in the Salt Lake City area or Chicagoland area

The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$100K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
