【業務内容】

  • With support from a Consultant, formalize and lead pre-sales solutions consulting requests for proposal/requests for quote and presentations in tight collaboration with all subject matter expert functional groups across the organization.
  • With support from a Consultant, lead the full life cycle of pre-sales proof-of-concepts (discovery, implementation, results, close) to prospects, articulating value, focusing on areas of interest and solving challenges raised during the proof-of-concept lifecycle.
  • With support from a Consultant, lead solution design, development and implementation post sale for specific tracks of work of our GlobalLink suite of products, including solution presentation and adoption.
  • Project manage all solution deployment activities (pre-sales or post-sales) in accordance with project management office guidelines.
  • With support from a Consultant, create well-thought-out solution proposals / statements of work that provide client value by addressing key business challenges and core requirements.
  • With support from a Consultant, become a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients.
  • Improve GlobalLink through contributions of feature suggestions.
  • With support from a consultant, translate pre-sales and post-sales materials as needed.
  • With support from subject matter experts, interpret communication into Japanese or English as needed
  • Opportunity to mentor members of the team.
  • Occasional travel (including client meetings) – domestic and/or international
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.

【基本的な採用プロセス - 3~4週間】

人事面接(オンライン、日本語)→ マネジャー面接(オフィス、日本語)→海外マネジャー面接(英語)→最終面接(英語)

【年収・給与】

  • 年俸制:経験に応じて応相談
  • 社会保険完備
  • 交通費支給(月額上限3万円)

【必須条件】

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Japanese native level speaker with business level English skill
  • 5+ years in localization or related industry as an account, project, and program manager.
  • Experience with subject matter-related technology.
  • Experience identifying improvement opportunities and communicating business value/impact.

【必須スキル】

  • Developing expertise in one or more subject matters, including: project management, localization services, terminology management, enterprise-level technology and/or services onboarding, RFP management, media, data/AI, structured/controlled authoring.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of ownership and accountability across all activities.
  • Desire to learn and stay updated on enterprise-level technology, including MT and GenAI.

【労働時間および休日】

  • 月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間
  • 週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇

【契約形態】

1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行

※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。
