Job Description

Responsible for delivering multiple global projects in Robotic Process Automation, AI, and Intelligent Document Processing, collaborating with employees and strategic partners to drive automation at Adient.

Scope of activities:

  • Ensure projects, incident and change request development are onboarded and executed adhering to timelines, budget and process on the Automation Anywhere platform
  • With regards to process, this role is audit responsible for change management functionality
  • Manage the execution of employees and vendors to ensure quality delivery
  • Collaborate with business partners and other IT teams to drive the platform and projects successfully
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Learn and deploy new features on the Automation Anywhere Platform
  • Lead workshops with the business and other IT teams to educate them on the benefits of process automation
  • Work with Operations on project handover and flawless performance
  • Backup responsible for administration tasks on the platform

Credentials and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years hands on experience managing and deploying solutions involving API’s, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotic Process Automation
  • Strong understanding of managing project delivery
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with data connectivity including secure data transmission and storage techniques
  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as MS PowerBI and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake)
  • Experience deploying solutions on Azure
  • Demonstrated functional understanding of key business processes such as Purchasing, SCM, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering a plus
  • Experience with automotive a plus

  • Must be analytical to discern path of investigation to identify process limitations, resolve issues, and interpret policies to apply or recommend correct solutions; explores alternatives and ideas that provide value to internal customers
  • Customer facing and presentation skills with a high degree of professional confidence and credibility to represent the Advanced Analytics team within the customer’s environment and drive discussions of IT related concepts effectively with all levels of the business with both technical peers and non-technical partners
  • Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement global standards and global technical/process solutions
  • Demonstrated success launching enterprise technology solutions on-time and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple priorities of significant scope in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a high degree of professional confidence and credibility, with the presence and communication skills to represent IT related concepts effectively with all levels of the business and technical counterparts
  • Proven project management experience; project leadership, planning, execution, control and business results
