About the Job:
The Risk Manager will be responsible for data analysis and evaluation to support the development of risk management strategies. This role involves building monitoring dashboards to detect abnormal fluctuations, issuing risk warnings, and coordinating with anti-fraud and payment teams on strategy formulation and evaluation. The Risk Manager will also investigate significant risk events, generate reports, and conduct feature evaluations to optimize the risk management framework across various risk control scenarios.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform data analysis and evaluation to develop and refine risk management strategies.
  2. Build and maintain monitoring dashboards to identify abnormal fluctuations and issue timely risk warnings.
  3. Collaborate with anti-fraud and payment teams to formulate and assess risk management strategies.
  4. Investigate major risk events and produce detailed reports.
  5. Conduct feature evaluations and optimize the risk management framework based on diverse risk control scenarios.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, statistics, financial engineering, machine learning, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in SQL, a solid understanding of data structures and data processing, and experience with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or C++.
  3. Strong logical thinking skills, with excellent execution and effective communication abilities.
  4. Experience in credit risk management and quantitative data analysis.
  5. Familiarity with developing and implementing scorecards.
  6. Experience with OJK audit processes and requirements.
