We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Advisory team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 We will count on you to:

• Integrate and execute projects related with Business Continuity, Risk Management (ERM) and/or Sustainability;
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals;
• Contribute for the development of new approaches to the ongoing and new projects;
• Support the more junior elements of the team;
• Collaborate with the European network of consultants to share good practices.  

 What you need to have: 

• A degree or masters degree in management, economics, engineering, mathematics, sustainability or similar;
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity or Sustainability;
• English and Portuguese language proficiency;
• Advanced proficiency working with Msc Office (specially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Be a collaborative team player;
• Critical thinking and the ability to manage priorities;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
