We are seeking an experienced Rewards Consultant to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will work closely with leading multinational clients in Denmark, providing advisory services on total rewards solutions. Depending on your background and level of experience, you will be responsible for providing strategic global HR/Reward advice, as well as for consulting within the Compensation & Benefits space, delivering a wider range of services and consultancies to our clients. Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in Denmark and subsidiaries of large multinationals. You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Rewards Leaders. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic Reward and broader HR support;

Explore and execute business growth opportunities;

Conduct in-depth analysis of client reward programs and provide strategic recommendations

Support the design and implementation of job level frameworks, support our clients on their pay transparency journe and the development of pay structures and incentive plans

Develop and drive client events and client relationships;

Independent management of client projects and internal projects;

Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on rewards and total compensation matters

Be a mentor & a role model to junior team-members, incl. supporting and guiding in relation to client projects.
Requirements:

Commercial mind-set and international outlook;

7-10 years of experience in rewards/total compensation consulting or in-house rewards roles
-
Knowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of Rewards;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Detail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries at all times;

Fast learner with a high degree of multitasking capability;
-
Excellent communication skills – effective, positive and solution orientated;

A proven track record in analytics & problem solving
-
Passion for working with data – transforming key data findings into recommendations and advice to your clients;

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders;

Experience working with multinational organizations, preferably in the Nordic region

Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish or other Nordic languages is a plus
