Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a key role in our growth. They will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously evolving our go-to-market (GTM) engine. They will not only partner with GTM teams but collaborate closely with nearly every function—from Product Management to Finance and beyond—to ensure the GTM engine is aligned with business objectives and scalable across the enterprise. They will lead initiatives from problem identification through to solution design, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless experience for every end user.

Job Responsibilities 

End-to-End Project Leadership: 

  • Drive the complete lifecycle of RevOps initiatives—from identifying challenges, aligning them to business objectives, designing innovative solutions, building and testing systems, to launching and enabling end users—ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement. 

Strategic Process Optimization: 

  • Own and refine GTM processes and systems to align with evolving business objectives, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in revenue reporting and forecasting. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work directly with end users and partner with systems experts, sales enablement, analysts, and various business units to tailor GTM processes and systems that meet the diverse needs across the company. 

Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: 

  • Oversee GTM performance metrics, proactively troubleshoot complex challenges, and resolve escalated issues, maintaining data integrity for actionable insights. 

Adoption of Best Practices: 

  • Champion best practices by developing comprehensive training programs and documentation, empowering end users and stakeholders to fully leverage the systems and processes.  

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills 

  • High School diploma, or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong business and technology acumen. 
  • Experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products. 
  • Significant experience in a similar role. 
  • Strong company software technology knowledge. 
  • Significant Salesforce experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. 
  • Strong collaboration skills within a team and other areas. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight. 
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners. 
  • Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions. 

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% travel time required.

Compensation  

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
