Opportunity


BrainStorm is seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will contribute to optimizing our revenue processes, enhancing lead generation and conversion rates, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, this is a critical role in streamlining our revenue cycle, managing our sales enablement tech stack, and improving the overall customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of revenue strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities across various teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Streamline the revenue cycle by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, improving overall sales process efficiency.
  • Oversee and refine the sales enablement tech stack, providing insights, training, and best practices to the Revenue Teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Teams to ensure streamlined processes and data management.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to maintain data hygiene, reporting, and analysis within Dynamics 365 & PowerBI.
  • Enhance the customer journey by optimizing customer experience and enablement from end-to-end.

Qualifications

  • Passion for solving complex problems with a scrappy, yet data-driven approach.
  • Deep understanding of systems and processes, with a commitment to continuous operational improvement.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.
  • High ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day tactical operations efficiently.
  • Tenacious and flexible, thriving in ever-improving environments where frequent recalibration may be needed.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations (or similar).
