We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the company who invented and pioneered the revolution of SASE. You will play a critical role in driving revenue in our defined markets. 

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in planning and executing the sales commission process, analyzing the sales and key metrics, and directly contributing to the efficiency of our sales processes.  This role will work closely with members of the Sales, Revenue, Finance, and Legal departments on a daily basis.  The ideal candidate will have experience with sales commission plans, SalesForce.com and previously worked at another Software as a Service (SaaS) company.  This role requires someone that is well-organized, analytical, and an excellent team player, focused on scaling a sales organization and improving performance.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for planning and executing the sales commission process
  • Analyze key KPIs and trends and provide Sales insights for better decision-making
  • Provide insights from sales data to the sales team and leadership
  • Create dashboards and reporting for the sales team and leadership
  • Maintain and track sales data in CRM, ensuring complete and accurate data across the system
  • Be a part of the global Revenue Operations team, working to increase the sales representative’s productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and Go-To-Market leadership to understand business requirements and develop analytic strategies to support the company KPI


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics or any equivalent field
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue operations and/or Finance (FP&A)
  • Experience with Salesforce - Must
  • Experience with planning and managing the sales commission process
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills(English)
  • Must be service-oriented and have a great attitude
  • SQL experience - preferred
  • Tableau experience - preferred
  • High-tech company experience (SaaS model and/or start-up company) is an advantage
