We are looking for a passionate Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of empowering our sales teams with the tools, insights, and training they need to succeed. Your expertise will play a key role in driving organizational growth by ensuring our salespeople have the resources they need to excel.   • You’re Analytical: You have a sharp ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make informed decisions that drive performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to uncover insights that guide sales strategies.
  • You’re a Project Manager: You excel in managing multiple initiatives at once, ensuring that all deadlines are met while staying organized and effective in executing projects across teams.
  • You’re Tech-Savvy: With experience in content management systems and e-learning platforms, you're comfortable navigating the tools that empower sales teams to reach their full potential.
  • You’re Metrics-Driven: You have a deep understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs, and you leverage this knowledge to continuously improve enablement strategies and support sales success.
  • You’re Adaptable: You embrace new technologies and methodologies, always staying ahead of the curve to ensure that sales enablement practices remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • You’re a Strong Collaborator: You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and working together to meet and exceed organizational goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Training and Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members, covering services knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Technology Implementation: Manage sales tools and technologies to streamline revenue operations, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging with Sales.
  • Support Prospecting Activities: Create demand for and implement sales cadences, webinars, and thought leadership events.
  • Oversee Tactical Sales Enablement and Marketing Projects and Tools. Includes communications, presentations, sponsorships, advertising, and branding.

What You Bring
•    2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, marketing, or training roles.
•    Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Proficiency in CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce & HubSpot) and sales enablement technologies (LinkedIn & ZoomInfo).
