Applecart is the leading technology company creating a new category of “Decision Maker Marketing”. The most important decisions are made by the hardest people to reach and influence. Historically, C-suite leaders have lacked the tools to reach the stakeholders that matter most to their business. The C-suites of hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, major agencies, trade associations, nonprofits, and governments use Applecart to put their best content in front of business-critical decision makers and those they trust — from policymakers and investors to CEOs, key employees, members of the media and more. Decision makers are informed by what they read, learn from advisors, hear from colleagues, and discuss with family and friends. To break through to them, you must reach them through the only channel that really moves them: those they know and trust. Applecart’s platform uses publicly available or fully permissioned data to map billions of social relationships between nearly every American adult and enable clients to deliver content directly to decision makers and those that matter most to them.

- Develop tailored messaging that directly addresses the distinct needs, challenges, and priorities of diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external agencies, and direct clients, fostering clarity and adoption
- Oversee the content lifecycle, validate materials are consistently updated, impactful, and reflective of Applecart’s evolving capabilities and client successes
- Implement feedback processes to evaluate content effectiveness, regularly engaging internal stakeholders, agency partners, and clients to gather insights and continuously refine and enhance materials
- Ensure all collateral maintains brand consistency, strategic alignment, and effectively supports revenue enablement goals across different audience segments
- Establish and maintain a structured taxonomy for content, monitoring usage and performance to ensure relevancy
- Develop and deliver instructional content and training materials to support onboarding and continuous learning for revenue teams
Experiences and Capabilities You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content strategy, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company
- Ability to develop visually compelling collateral
- Deep expertise in presentation design i.e. Canva, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
- Proficiency with enablement content platforms such as Seismic, Spekit, and Highspot
- Familiarity with marketing best practices in content strategy, content performance analytics, and optimizing collateral based on market feedback and utilization data
