The Boston office of Greenberg Traurig is seeking a junior level Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate for our premier distressed high yield bond workout (DHYBOW) practice. The DHYBOW team is nationally recognized with attorneys in multiple offices around the country including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Minnesota, Orlando, Philadelphia, New York, Salt Lake, Tallahassee and Washington D.C. The Boston team has a dynamic and growing practice. Applicants should have at least 1-3 years of general bankruptcy experience, preferably representing secured lenders. The ideal candidate will have some experience appearing and litigating in bankruptcy and/or receivership courts. Experience in the high-yield tax-exempt debt market is a plus. Candidates can expect to interact with ad hoc bondholder groups and bond trustees in a variety of distressed situations across many market sectors affecting assets located throughout the country.
